What is the delivery time of my order?
Orders placed before 17:00 will be shipped the same business day. In most cases, you will receive your order the next day.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders over €50 are shipped for free within the Netherlands. For smaller orders, shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to consider after receiving your order. You can return the product provided it is in its original condition. The return costs are for your own account, unless there is a mistake on our side.
How does the warranty work at 123RefurbishedShop?
